Crushing preheating process:
The raw material is twisted into a pelletized state and then enters the preheating pot. The purpose of the preheating is to stir the raw material with the heat conducting oil to achieve a solid-liquid mixing state suitable for the mechanical pump, and reduce the conveying resistance of the mechanical pump. Meet the process requirements for pipeline transportation. On the other hand, the preheating pot serves as a material balancing function for the entire production line.

Negative pressure melting process:
The preheating pot is preheated into a solid-liquid mixed state, and the raw material is driven into the smelting pot, and the vacuum pump is turned on to make the smelting pot stroke negative pressure and the heat conducting oil warm and smelt. Because of the vacuuming under vacuum, the vacuum temperature of the raw material is 85 degrees, and the vacuum is maintained at -0.03 - 0.06Mpa with the volatilization of the steam. In the vacuum state, the animal oil raw material entering the negative pressure reaction kettle can quickly realize the separation of oil, water and slag. After the temperature of the material is raised to 115 degrees, the basic reaction of the material is completed. After the oil residue is hard, close the heating valve and the vacuum unit to open the oil residue. The separator and the conveyor start to discharge the oil to separate the oil. Vacuum dehydration recovery process:
The water jet type vacuum jet pump unit is used to generate a negative pressure state in the melting pot, and the vacuum line is matched with a stainless steel tube condensing heat exchanger vacuum condensation recovery system, and the water vapor molecules evaporated in the raw material are mixed with the odor molecular volatiles in a vacuum state. The raw material grease is separated, and flows into the column condenser condenser with the vacuum pipe. Under the cold water circulation heat exchange cooling, the evaporated water vapor volatiles are forcibly condensed into distilled water and collected into the liquid separation tank, thereby effectively ensuring the production of the vehicle. The factory area is odorless.

Oil residue separation process:
In this process, the refined oil residue mixture is coarsely separated by a stainless steel sieve plate type oil slag separator, and the oil residue larger than 0.5 mm is sent to the pressing section through the scraper conveying device, and the fine oil residue and the oil mixture are pumped into the filter. The machine is finely filtered, and the filter mesh is made of stainless steel 316 stainless steel precision filter screen, and the extracted grease residue is separated into a clear and transparent state. The separated oil slag is transported to the meat powder production line, and the oil is transferred to the finished oil tank/refining production line.
