Definition of feed additives:

Feed additive refers the small amount or trace elements added in the process of feed production, processing and use, it has significant effect although the small use level. Feed additive is a necessary raw material in modern feed industry, which has obvious effect on strengthening the nutrition value of basic feed, improving animal production performance, ensuring animal health, saving feed cost and improving animal product quality.

Raw material:
Citric acid, zeolite powder, calcium propionate, silica, calcium acetate and  other variety of acid raw materials.

Brief introduction for flow process:
The processing of acidifiers and fungicides is completely different from the processing of compound feed. The raw material are fed into bins directly by manual or transported from bin top to bins though bucket elevator, the additives and carriers are absorbed and mixed in a certain proportion , after dilution, the finished product is packaged. This project designed with output 5-6T/H including one acidifiers production line, one fungicides production line and one reserved essential oil production line. The total power of this line is about 195kw, the working land size is about 13.5*11.1*23m. The whole line has compact design, reasonable structure and meets the requirement of environmental protection. It can be customized according to customer's requirements.

Technological characteristics and introductions:
RM receiving process: in this process, carrier receiving is separated from elements receiving, dust collection are individual which is with the better effects. Roots fan is adopt to transport carriers to bins under positive pressure by pneumatic conveying which has no residual and avoid cross contamination.   Because the variety of elements added is relatively single, so we choose manual feeding and then from bin top to bins through bucket elevator.
cleaner: powder precleaner SQLZ60×50×100,made by stainless steel, output 10-15t/h 

Carrier batching process: we use 6 carrier bin which is round, one batching scale which is controlled by FDSP developed independently batching program, achieve accurate quick and slow feeding, quick batching and with high accuracy.
Weighing equipment: batching scale PCS10, weighing 1000KG at most one time weighing accuracy: dynamic≤3‰, static≤1‰. 

Elements batching process: in this process we use 6 round stainless steel bins, one batching scale which is controlled by FDSP developed independently batching program, achieve accurate quick and slow feeding, quick batching and with high accuracy.
Weighing equipment: batching scale PCS05, weighing 500KG at most one time weighing accuracy: dynamic≤3‰, static≤1‰. 

Mixing and bagging process: three set independent mixing system are used in this process respectively correspond to three different production line. The material after mixed will go through the checking screener which use 40mesh screen to ensure the particle size requirement for finished products. Finally it will be packed by packing scale. The finished product is packed by valve bucekts, so the finished product is packed by valve scale. Compared with the common open sc ale, the dust is easier to be controlled.
Mixing equipment: mixer SDHJ 2, stainless steel made(22KW,1000kg/batch), designed output 10-15T/H. homogeneity CV≤5%.
cleaner: powder precleaner SQLZ60×50×100,made by stainless steel, output 10-15t/h 
packing scale:valve packing scale, packing range 20-50kg/bag, 6-8bag/min

Auxiliary process: dust collection system, can improve the work condition for worker. the oil adding system is usually seen in the mixer adding system which can improve the feed palatability.
