5XDC belt type separator is used to separate the shape damaged beans from round whole shaped beans, such as soybean, mung bean, red bean etc.
Belt type separator grade beans and provide a solution for remove split and damaged beans. Split or damaged bean has same gravity weight and similar thickness with unbroken bean, can not be easily separated by vibrate sieve machine and gravity separator.
Belt type separator has reduction gears which can control belt rolling speed, leading to the best separating performance for various raw materials.
