10-12 T/H Cow Manure Bio-Organic Pellet Production Line

The production line of cow dung organic fertilizer is a complete set of equipment which uses cow dung as raw material to process organic fertilizer.Cow manure can fluff soil, improve soil compaction and enhance soil fertility.Crops such as straw, rice bran (containing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) can also be used as fillers, and then used as fermentation materials with biological agents.

Raw material:

The main raw material is cow dung, mixing with some organic matters like straw,grass, sawdust, etc.

 

Flow Process introduction:

Three line FZLH508 cow dung bio-organic fertilizer production line are cow dung mixed with straw, rice husk and other organic compounds, composting fermentation, drying after pretreatment, again into the processing workshop, through crushing, mixing, pelleting, cooling, packaging process, and made into bio-organic fertilizer. The whole line is 10 to 12 tons per hour of organic fertilizer granules, total power is about 1090 kw, the workshop covers an area of 4000 , contains raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse; The design of the whole line is compact, reasonable, meets the requirements of environmental protection, and can be customized according to customer requirements.

 

Allocated equipment includes: fermentation composer, organic fertilizer grinding machine, drum cleaning screen, drum dryer,  blade hammer mill, paddle mixer, ring die pellet mill, swing cooler, package scale and other equipment.

 

Flow process diagram

Fermentation and compost process→pre-treatment process→grinding process→mixing process→pelleting and bagging process.

 

Craft features and sections introduction:

Fermentation and compost process: 

Mix the ingredients in a pile 4 to 6 meters wide, 0.8 meters to 1.2 meters high, length not less than 3 meters. Pay attention to the appropriate fermentation process of oxygen and turns heaps.

Compost equipment: LYLP-9, power 50.5kw, output 900 m3/h.

 

Pre-treatment process: 

The raw materials after fermentation are crushed by the special chain grinder for organic fertilizer. Then use the roller cleaner to clean the impurities in the raw materials, including large pieces of wood, stones, agglomerated materials, etc.; Then use the roller dryer to dry the raw material, drying the raw material moisture to about 20%.

Drying equipment: LYHG3.0*18, roller diameter 3 m, length 18 m, power 30 kw. Designed output:10-12tph.

 

Grinding process: 

The materials are conveyed to the hammer mill through the conveying equipment, which is equipped with iron removing device before the hammer mill.

Grinding equipment: FFSP66*120, power 200 kw, designed output 10-12 t/h.

 

Mixing process:

 Through the micro-element adding hopper, the fungus seeds and raw materials can be added to the mixing machine for mixing, after evenly mixed, enters the next section.

Mixing equipment: FDHJ4, power: 45kw, design output: 4m3/batch

 

Pelleting process: 

Fertilizer special used ring die granulator, suitable linear speed is more suitable for organic fertilizer granulator, and the adoption of high precision gear drive granulator, high transmission efficiency, ring die with quick unloading type of hoop.

Pelleting equipment: FZLH508, power: 132kw, Design output 3-4tph, quantity: 3 sets.

 

Cooling and packaging section: 

the tilting type cooler is selected to effectively prevent particle breakage. The cooler is equipped with vibrating grading sieve to screen out some unformed powder. According to the local sales needs of the customer, the packaging scale can be selected to facilitate the customer to sell products. The packaging specification of the packaging scale is: 20-50kg/ package.

Cooling equipment: FKLB8, cooling chamber capacity 4m3, designed to produce 10-12tph.

Packing equipment: FDBLY-PD belt scale, packing range: 20-50kg/ bag, 6-8 bags/minute.

 

After fermentation, cow dung can be made into high quality organic fertilizer products. Cow dung contains 14.5% organic matter, 0.30-0.45% nitrogen, 0.15-0.25% phosphorus, and 0.10-0.15% potassium. Cow manure organic fertilizer is cold fertilizer, organic matter and nutrient content in a variety of livestock lower, fine texture, slow decomposition, low calorific value, a late effect of fertilizer, suitable for doing base fertilizer.
