INTRODUCTION

 Seed Cleaner & Grader is the main grain seed cleaning equipment. It will remove the dust, light impurity, big and small impurity out. 5XZC-7.5DS model is our new model. It has two air cleaning systems, which is suitable for light raw material which is sensitive to air volume changing.

WORKING PRINCIPLE 

After grain seed fed into the machine by bucket elevator, the dust and light impurity were removed by air aspiration system, and then materials enter to sieving trunk which has multi sieve layers, finally, the material was graded to a different level by size, at the same time all the oversize and undersize impurities were removed.
