Working principle:
The main structure of this machine: it is mainly made up of feeder, conditioner, pelletizing, main transmission system and lubricating system etc.
the working process is as follows: the compound powder material with water content no greater than 13% enter into screw feeder through hopper, through adjusting the rotational speed of screw feeder axis to obtain the suitable flow of material, the security magnets remove the magnetic impurity mingling with supplies, then enter the conditioner, through the agitating of conditioner axle to mix with steam to do the conditioning, if needs to add molasses or oil, also to add it from conditioner barrel joining together with steam and conditioning together, (the adding amount of oil seldom exceeds 3%, otherwise difficult to take shape), after conditioning the compound powder material temperature could reach 75-90 ºC, humidity is up to 15%. Then through the chute, enter the pressing room to pelletize finally.
